95 lb barbell thrusters 3 sets 5 reps - 1 min between sets
tried 95 lb full cleans - not too good :(
15 lb weighted pull ups 3 sets of 5 - 90 secs between sets
Hopefully, my legs will be tired tomorrow. I was not too motivated tonight.
